Caviar from the Beluga sturgeon make up only 0,5% of the total production of caviar in the Caspian Sea today. The fish has for long been caught in only small quantities, and the price makes this type of caviar an experience reserved for the few. We have, therefore, decided not to stock this particular caviar, but will be glad to take it home if required by order.
