CARIBBEAN CRAB COCKTAIL
300 grammes crab meat finely picked
1 avocado in small cubes
2 tomatoes in small cubes without skin and seeds
half a cucumber in small cubes without seeds
50 grammes pineapple in small cubes
50 grammes good,ripe mangoin small cubes
1 fennel, cooked and in small cubes
1 shallot finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
a little chopped chili
juice from one orange
juice from two limefruits
1 (dl) olive oil
a little chopped dill
procedure:
put the crab meat in a large bowl and season well with salt
and pepper and mix well
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well for some minutes.
Add a little more pepper and salt if needed.
Serve in large, cold glasses, perhaps with some oxheart cabbage.
