GRILLED TOAST WITH CRAB
AND SALAD OF DILL
300 grammes of crab meat roughly picked
half a cucumber without skin and kernels, cut in pjeces
a little Cayenne pepper
(1/2 dl.) mayonnaise
a little picked dill
half an oxheart cabbage shredded
a small handful of cress
(1/2 dl.) sour cream
4 slices of grilled bread
Procedure
Put the crab meat in a bowl with salt and pepper and mix well.
Add cucumber, Cayenne pepper, mayonnaise and dill.
Mix well
Salad:
Mix shredded cabbage, sour cream and cress in another bowl.
Serve the crab on the grilled bread with the cabbage on the side
