Smoked salmon with green beans in cottage cheese
300 grammes smoked salmon
purée of peas:
300 grammes peas
2 tablespoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
1 teaspoon olive oil
a little lemon juice
beans:
200 grammes cooked and sliced green beans
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
25 grammes sunflower seeds
procedure
purée:
blend peas with chicken stock and creme fraiche until it becomes
quite smooth,
season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and then whip
it; strain and cool down.
beans:
mix beans well with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and place purée and
beans on the side.
