Smoked salmon with celery, raw vegetables
and dill

300 grammes sliced smoked salmon

300 grammes celery shredded in large pieces and cooked
half a decilitre of drained junket
a clove of garlic finely schredded
a teaspoonful of curry
a tablespoonful of olive oil
a little plucked parsley
one shallot in rings



Procedure
place salmon on four plates and drip with olive oil
season with a little pepper

mix celery well with garlic, curry, junket and olive oil
then sprinkle with parsley and shallot rings.

place the mix in the midle of the salmon
