Roe with tomato-bread/salad

200 grammes salmon roe

10-12 cherry tomatoes in coarse pieces
One slice of old bread without crust in cubes
A little chopped garlic
One teaspoonful of apple vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A little sugar
Roughly chopped basil



Procedure
Place tomatoes in a bowl and add bread.
Sprinkle this with vinegar, sugar, garlic and olive
oil and mix well so that the bread becomes soft.
Now add roe and basil and mix it.

Divide on four big, deep plates and serve
