The core business of the company is importation, production and sales of delicacy products, primarily Baerii caviar, Iranian caviar, salmon and trout roe, Russian Kamchatka crabs, old-fashioned smoked salmon “supérior” plus foie gras.

The products are sold to food wholesalers and direct to airports, retailers and super markets.
